Jayne Lee  Kozlowski, LPC, EMDR Trained

She/Her

Jayne strives to create a compassionate and non-judgmental environment for all her clients. Jayne has experience with a variety of counseling settings, theories, and techniques and works with her clients to choose what approach will be most beneficial to them. Jayne aims to support clients’ goals and assist them on their journey of healing.

Something that sets Jayne apart from other therapists is the true authenticity she brings to sessions. Like many others Jayne has had to work hard on understanding her own identity and believes that in sharing her own quirky, weird, bold self that she can help empower others to do just the same.

Jayne has a particular passion in helping others gain freedom from their past. Jayne is dedicated to learning about the treatment of trauma and how she can support her clients through the transition of surviving to thriving.

In addition, Jayne is passionate about helping other helping professionals. From personal experience she knows how difficult it can be to struggle with things like imposter syndrome, vicarious trauma, transference and counter transference. You are not alone and deserve space just as much as those you are helping. Jayne has experience and love for working with first responders and vetrans in addition to fellow mental health professionals.

In her free time, Jayne loves to be creative and adventurous. She is a self-proclaimed “foodie” and is always open to trying new things. Most of all she enjoys being with her husband and her two pups Scrappy-Doo and Daphne.

Jayne is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas #86836
